Active! vault SS archives email in real time to achieve physical data retention. While reducing operational burden, it securely enables safe operations and collection of important data.

Since emails are archived and become searchable in real time, there is no lead time from archiving to outputting search results.
Also, archived email data cannot be edited or deleted, ensuring reliable preservation as evidence.

Enables reliable search of archived email data with detailed conditions such as period, sender/recipient email addresses, subject, presence of attachments, attachment file name, message ID, and more.
Supports Japanese (2-byte) searching, and also supports viewing email bodies/attachment contents as standard.
Additionally, allows downloading search results, which enables internal auditing independent of the usage environment.

Email data is an information asset in modern society. In Active! vault SS, system administrator privileges and search privileges are separated, and access to archived email data is limited only to searching users who have been granted permissions.
This separation achieves access control and protects confidential data.

Login history, system operation history, and search history are retained as non-editable logs, enabling strict management of usage evidence.
